"I was with another State Farm and they just were not what I wanted. I switched to Dena and the first thing she did was look over my insurance and determine that comprehensive coverage would be three dollars more per month versus the bare bones that the other person gave me (old car). I haven't had much chance to have to use Insurance, but she is always on top of things and when I have called with questions I always receive a prompt response.
